3. Proceed with your order

Once we receive your request, our team will work closely with you to understand your preferences and requirements.

We’ll provide you with all the necessary details, including pricing and estimated delivery time, for your custom order. Once everything is confirmed, we'll proceed with creating your one-of-a-kind piece.

5. confirmation

After finalizing your order, we'll need to receive measurements and a deposit to be able to proceed, next we'll provide you with a confirmation message from us with all the details of your custom order and estimated delivery date. If needed, you will also receive a sketch based on your ideas.
